People are just realizing you can get your shower sparkling clean with minimal effort

EVERYONE has their least favorite house chore and for many, it is cleaning the bathroom with its varied surfaces and tricky to clean crevices.

Not to fear, a cleaning expert has now shared her shower cleaning hack that she said works wonders.

YouTuber Candice (@FancyThatwithCandice) has dedicated her online platform to giving viewers "tips and tricks for a more clutter-free, organized & simplified home and life."

In one video, the mom of three admitted that the bathroom, particularly the shower, "is my worst thing to clean hands down."

To make the chore slightly less taxing, she came up with a hack that has quickly become one of her favorites.

You only need two things, and it doesn't require strenuous movement.

For this hack, all you will need is a clean broom and some dish soap.

Candice filmed herself adding some warm water to the tub and mixing in some of the soap.

She then used the broom to scrub the sides of the tub, telling viewers: "You just go to town swishing this all around, scrubbing your shower.

"This could not be easier."

The Utah-based content creator then added the extra tip of color-coding your brooms to ensure that the same one is always used for the bathroom.

Candice then filmed herself using a cup to get warm water on the walls of the shower which she then scrubbed with the broom and soap.

Viewers were left immediately wanting to try out the hack on their own shower.

One commented: "I love the idea of the broom to clean the tub.

"I've had 4 back surgeries and bad knees and I just dread that chore and cleaning the toilet. I will be cleaning my shower today."

Another said: "The broom hack is ideal. I might go buy the Dollar Tree one with different handles."

Other viewers added their own tips and tricks for the dreaded chore.

One suggested changing all showerheads in the house to hand-held ones.

She said: "You just take it down and spray the whole area down after scrubbing it down.

"I installed one when my children were little but after I discovered how nice they rinse the area clean, I never went back. No more splashing a thousand cups full of water like you were doing."

Another said that along with dish soap, she also uses baking soda and this combined with the cleaning broom "works wonders!"

While many fell in love with the hack, some argued that while her tips were helpful, the broom hack was about how to clean the tub and not what people wanted advice on.

One viewer wrote: "The TUB is NOT the Shower. We need to know to clean the Doors Floor and Shower Stall. Not the tub. The other hints were EXCELLENT."
